PROCESS FOR RECYCLING CROSSLINKED POLYOLEFIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially stable recycling process which allows recycling of crosslinked polyolefins through efficient heat plasticization, inhibits the generation of offensive odors or fumes during the recycling process in cases where chlorine resins are mixed therein, prevents coloring or deterioration of physical properties of recycled products and reduces adverse effects such as facility corrosion.

SOLUTION: In the process for recycling corsslinked polyolefins, 0.1-10 pts.wt. hydrotalcite compound or zeolite is added to 100 pts.wt. mixture of a crosslinked polyolefin and a chlorine resin and kneaded at 250-400°C for heat plasticization.
