PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely practical measuring method for an anti- calpastatin antibody in arthrogenous liquid and a measurement kit, and a detecting method for disorder and a detection kit. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the anti-calpastatin antibody in arthrogenous liquid includes at least the following processes (A) and (B): Process (A): a process for bringing the arthrogenous liquid into contact with a solid phase to which calpastatin is firmly fixed.
