PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the angle resolution of an angle detector used in a two- axial rail displacement detector used in an on-vehicle rail inspection device for reducing the inertia moment of a rotational mirror and improving the measurement precision of rail displacement. SOLUTION: A butterfly-shaped capacitance method type angle detector capable of detecting angle up to±15 degrees approximately is used, and for reducing the inertia moment of the rotational mirror, a reflection material is vapor-deposited on a lightweight base material. The vapor deposition area of the reflection material is set in two positions, that is, an area matching a light projection window for projecting a laser beam in an optical distance sensor and an area matching a light receiving window in the optical distance sensor receiving a measurement light reflected from a measurement reference point of a rail. As the rotational mirror with a low inertia moment using a flat mirror capable of surely securing a smooth reflection face, differently from a conventional one, a thin flat mirror is stuck to an aluminum plate with an adhesive, and its length and width are decided while taking the vapor deposition areas into consideration.
