COMPRESSOR AND MAINTENANCE METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooled screw type compressor wherein proper maintenance is performed at proper timing for parts required for maintenance. SOLUTION: This compressor is provided with a control device 27 for calculating each of maintenance timings for: a suction filter 11 by determining the number of revolution of a cooling fan 14 from a number of revolution control signal by a discharge air temperature measured by a discharge air temperature gage 24; an oil separation element 6 from differential pressure of discharge air pressure measured by a discharge air pressure gage 22 and supply air pressure measured by a supply air pressure gage 23; and an oil filter 9 from oil flow rate of oil supplied to a compressor main body 1 obtained from a relation of: a suction air temperature measured by a suction air temperature gage 21; a discharge air temperature measured by the discharge air temperature gage 24; and an oil temperature measured by an oil temperature gage 26.
