PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device having check valves capable of hindering the fuel having flowed out of a cutoff valve from influx into check valves and preventing the check valves from dropping in its function by arranging so that the fuel returns into a fuel tank again when the cutoff valve is opened. SOLUTION: The upper opening ends 5a, 6a, 7a of the check valves 5, 6, 7 are positioned a certain dimension higher than the upper opening end 4c of the cutoff valve 4, and the fuel overflowing from the cutoff valve 4 is allowed to stagnate in the upstream of the check valves 5, 6, 7 so as not to flow into them, and thereby the influx of the overflowing fuel to the check valves 5, 6, 7 is suppressed, and attachment of viscous substances to their valve element parts is decreased, to lead to suppression of a drop of the valve function.
