ADHESIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventionally a release film having small recessed parts is prepared and unevenness is formed on an adhesive layer, however, the release film is bulky and when the release film is released in application of an adhesive sheet to a material to be bonded, a part of an adhesive remains on the release film and an uneven shape is not obtained. SOLUTION: A liquid repelling pattern layer 3 composed of liquid repelling pattern parts 3a and liquid nonrepelling pattern parts 3b and an adhesive layer 4 are laminated to a sheetlike substrate 2 in this order to give the adhesive sheet 1 of structure having recessed parts 5a composed of openings on the adhesive layer 4 on the liquid repelling pattern part 3a.
