PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a safe film which is freely colorable, and does not throw a load on the environment due to no generation of dioxins. SOLUTION: The film is composed of a polyethylene resin and/or a polypropylene resin, and comprises 100 pts.wt. of the polyethylene resin and/or the polypropylene resin and 40 pts.wt. FeTiAl based pigment represented by the formula: (Fe<SB>0.9</SB>Al<SB>0.1</SB>)TiO<SB>4</SB>, and has a thickness of 0.04-0.6 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
