PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body support auxiliary device stably supporting a vehicle without using a jack, preventing load fluctuation applying to a suspension mechanism irrelevant to the attitude of a boom, preventing a load exceeding an allowable load from being applied to an axle, and preventing overrun of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This car body support auxiliary device 40 is provided with a support member 41 vertically extended to a chassis frame 3 in an adjacent position of rear wheels 7 of the chassis frame 3 extended in the front/rear of the vehicle between the pair of rear wheels 7, a pushing pressure plate 47 pivotally connected to the tip part of a link mechanism part 43 and the lower part of the support member 41 and extended in the front side of the vehicle, and a pushing pressure cylinder 49 pivotally connected between the lower part of the support member 41 and the link mechanism part 43 and vertically swinging the pushing pressure plate 47 via the link mechanism part 43. The pushing pressure cylinder 49 is retained into such a state that the pressure plate 47 is pushed against the rear wheel 7 by a pilot check valve provided in a pushing pressure oil passage.
