PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor device capable of securely towing a conveyor belt with a chain. SOLUTION: The conveyor device comprises the endless conveyor belt 1 on which an object of conveying is mounted, the endless chain 18 rotatable along the surface of the conveyor belt 1 where the object of conveying isn't mounted, a number of driven racks 19 mounted on the conveyor belt 1 to face the chain 18, and a number of driving racks 20 mounted on the chain 18. The movement of the chain 18 is transmitted to the conveyor belt 1 by the driving racks 20 and the driven racks 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
