The device (1) has a load lifting arrangement with a crane jib attached to a suitable flange surface on the turret (4) or on a housing part of the weapon (11) in the turret that can be adjusted in height. The lifting part can be fitted with suitable linear and/or rotary drives as required to enable load lifting to be carried out on all sides of the bearer vehicle (2).
