SUBSTANCE: the plant has a group of reservoirs with petroleum or petroleum products, whose gas space through a gas- equalizing line is connected to the inlet of gas to a liquid-gas jet device of the pump-ejector plant, including also a pump and a separator connected to the outlet of mixture from the liquid-gas jet device and to the pipe-line of compressed-gas discharge, the pump for transfer of petroleum through the pipe- line for transportation of petroleum is used as a pump of the pump-ejector plant, the inlet of liquid to the liquid-gas jet device is connected to the pipe-line for transportation of petroleum from the pump pressure side for transfer of petroleum, and the separator by the liquid outlet is connected to the pipe-line for transportation of petroleum. The other plant modification may include a liquid-gas jet device, separator with a pipe-line for discharge of compressed gas connected to the outlet of mixture from the liquid-gas jet device, and a pump for delivery, of liquid medium, connected with the suction side to the outlet of liquid from the separators, and with the pressure side - to the inlet of liquid to the liquid-gas jet device, the liquid-gas jet device with the gas inlet is connected to the vessel gas space filled with petroleum by means of the raw material discharge pipe-line connected to the group of reservoirs, and the outlet of liquid from the separator is connected to the pipe-line of raw material supply to the reservoirs.
