PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration or noise of a ventilating means from affecting a storing means above it.

SOLUTION: A hood 5 extending forward from a wall face 1a, a ventilating means 6 having a duct 11 extending from above this hood 5 to outside a room, and a storing means 4 located in above the hood 5 and in front of the duct 11 are individually mounted on a wall 1 or a ceiling 12 so that a vibration-proof space 13 is gained between them so as to achieve the purpose.
