摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet, which has an excellent magnetic property besides an excellent stamping property, by surely inhibiting formation of a surface oxidized layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet includes hot rolling a steel slab having a composition of 0.08 mass% or less C, 2.0-8.0 mass% Si, and 0.005-3.0 mass% Mn, and reduced Al to less than 100 ppm, and N, S and Se reduced to each 50 ppm or less, annealing the hot-rolled plate as needed, then cold rolling it once or more times while sandwiching intermediate annealing, subsequently decarburization annealing it, then applying a separation agent for annealing, and final finish annealing it, wherein an inorganic mineral substantially excluding hydrated water is used for the separation agent for annealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
