The present invention provides a buoyancy integral type floating solar power generating system which includes: multiple module fixing floating bodies floating on a river or lake, and including multiple insertion grooves formed at one end of the upper surface, a protruding part protruding on one side to the outside, and an assembly hole formed on both sides of the protruding part; multiple solar light modules installed at the upper part of each of the module fixing floating bodies, and collecting solar light to produce electricity; an angle control member controlling an angle of the solar light modules while fixing the solar light modules to the upper part of the module fixing floating bodies to be rotatable; multiple module connection floating bodies connected with each corner of the module fixing floating bodies, additionally providing buoyancy to float on the river or lake, and including multiple insertion grooves formed on the upper surface; a fixing unit fixing the module connection floating bodies connected with the module fixing floating bodies while preventing the separation of the module connection floating bodies; a separating member maintaining a separation distance of the module connection floating bodies while connecting the module connection floating bodies with each corner of the module fixing floating bodies; and a structure floating body connected by a moored ship and a concrete sinker to prevent the module connection floating bodies from being moved by horizontal external force, and connecting the separated module connection floating bodies through a wire. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the efficiency of solar light collection by installing the solar light modules on the river or lake by connecting the modules in a line or every direction through a module support floating body and a passage part floating body.
