PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control of the flowing direction of hot air generated from a fan, to save on energy by hot air heating superior in heat efficiency in a heating cooker, and also to reduce nonuniformity of baking in the cooking. SOLUTION: The main flow direction of the hot air 43 in a heating chamber 7 is made changable in two directions by a hot air unit 9: having a part inclining in the inverse direction to the rotational direction of a fan 30 in an inclination of a blade 33 in the rotary shaft 32a direction of the fan 30; and composed of a fan device 3 switching the direction and a position of the hot air 43 blown off to the heating chamber 7 in normal rotation 39a and reverse rotation 39b of the fan 30.
