PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of difficulty in arranging temporary incinerator breakup equipment at a site because of requiring much more cost by strengthening of law regulation, lengthening of a construction period, the expansion of the work area, and a countermeasure for the neighborhood, in small-scale incineration equipment. SOLUTION: This waste incinerator 1 is divided at the site into a chimney 3 moved in the first place, and a furnace body 2 moved thereafter. After sealing an exposing boundary part opening 15 in the furnace body 2 by a balloon 35, a stabilizer blown out of a spraying nozzle 5 is stuck to an inner wall surface of the chimney 3, and a toxic sticking substance such as dioxin existing on the inner wall surface is fixed. The chimney 3 is cut off from the furnace body 2, and the chimney 3 and the furnace body 2 are moved, and are loaded on a carrier, and are carried to an exclusive incinerator breakup treatment factory authorized as a control area in accordance with a law from the site, and breakup treatment is performed to solve the problems for reducing an equipment cost and a work cost, shortening the construction period, and reducing the work area.
