SCROLL TYPE FLUID MACHINERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole of a device compact by extremely shortening the length along an axial direction. SOLUTION: In this scroll type fluid machinery, a spiral shaped compression operation chamber whose volume is successively reduced from an outer peripheral side to an inner peripheral side in accordance with revolution movement preventing rotation of a rotary scroll is sectioned and formed between a fixed scroll and the rotary scroll to transfer inflow gas while compressing the inflow gas in accordance with the reduction of volume of the compression operation chamber. A power transmission mechanism having a pair of permanent magnets to generate magnetic force in directions attracting each other is provided between the rotary scroll and a drive shaft for driving the rotary scroll.
