PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs required for constitution for positioning a recording plate at a prescribed storage position at the time of carrying the recording plate into an image recorder and to improve the efficiency of the carry-in work of the recording plate. SOLUTION: The carry-in device 4 is loaded with a skid 3 for handling a plurality of the recording plates A altogether and carries the recording plate into the plate storage part 2 of the image recorder 1. A guide rail 5 for guiding the carry-in device to a prescribed unloading position inside the plate storage part and a stopper 6 for stopping the carry-in device at the unloading position are included.
