PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically turn on a light for lighting when it is dark in circumference and also only when a user must view the display of a display board. SOLUTION: When detecting that it is dark in circumference and also that displaying any information on a display part is started, the light for lighting (light emitting diode) is turned on to illuminate the display part, whereby the display board is automatically illuminated when it is dark in circumference and also when the user must view the display of the display board.
