PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible that a flameproof resin composition which is safe and has a low environmental load as well as a sufficient flameproof effect, is obtained without using a flame retardant with an organic halogen group nor a phosphate flame retardant, and the molded product is produced efficiently by using the same. SOLUTION: The flameproof resin composition comprises the three components; (A) a resin of 100 pts.wt., containing an aromatic polycarbonate resin of 10 to 100 wt.% and a thermoplastic resin, other than the aromatic polycarbonate resin, of 90 to 0 wt.%, (B) an organopolysiloxane of 0.1 to 10 pts.wt., containing, in the molecule, a methyl group bonding to a silicon atom and a hydrogen atom (Si-H group) and (C) a platinum compound of 0.1 to 2,000 ppm as a platinum metal toward component (A).
