PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily cleansing composition which causes neither spatter nor drip in use and is suitably packed into a pump-type container and used. SOLUTION: The oily liquid cleansing composition has 300-3,000 mPas viscosity, is packed into a pump-type container having a nozzle and used.
