PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources by synchronizing information to be generated for each job application and information to be commonly handled by each job application and making common the mail function of the job application and password management. SOLUTION: The common processor for processing the user interface of each job application to be handled in a company-wide total integrated system, is provided with a common master database updating means 31 for updating a common master database shared by each of the job applications synchronously with updating of a database that one of the job applications individually has, and an individual data distribution processing means 32 for distributing the data for each job application and updating the database that each job application individually has by updating the common master database with data registered from a basic system.
