PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication processor for improving motivation and will of a user to save power.SOLUTION: A control part 121 of a data server comprises: a reception control unit 301 for receiving information of weather from a weather information management server, information of a point of a user from an aggregator server, and information of a commodity from a commodity management server; a point acquisition unit 302 for, from the aggregator server, as a compensation to cooperation to suppression of power use in a peak time zone or the like, acquiring information of a point which is given to the user; a point conversion unit 303 for converting the point which is acquired by the point acquisition unit 302 into a point which can be used as substitute of cash when purchasing a commodity from a retailer; and an advertisement creation unit 304 for, based on the information of weather from the weather information management server, information of point of a user from the aggregator server, and the information of the commodity from the commodity management server, creating advertisement information for sending the advertisement to the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
