PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a transistor capable of increasing an on-state current.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a substrate; a first insulating layer having a first side wall; an oxide semiconductor layer arranged on the first side wall; a gate electrode arranged facing the oxide semiconductor layer; a gate insulating layer arranged between the oxide semiconductor layer and the gate electrode; a first transparent conductive layer arranged between the oxide semiconductor layer and the substrate and connected to one side of the oxide semiconductor layer; a first electrode arranged on the side opposite to the substrate of the first insulating layer and connected to the other side of the oxide semiconductor layer; and a second transparent conductive layer connected to the first transparent conductive layer and being the same layer as the first transparent conductive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
