<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring method, remote monitoring device and remote monitoring system capable of enhancing efficiency of remote control with respect to a monitoring object facility. <P>SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system 11 includes a management center 13, and the monitoring object facility 12 installed remotely with respect to the management center 13 and connected with it via a packet communication network 14. A data logger having a communication function is built in the monitoring object facility 12.
