PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive non-energized actuated brake, in which slipping-off of an inner driver is prevented and operational noise is suppressed with simple structure. SOLUTION: The inner driver 10 fitted in a center hole of a brake disc 9 is disposed between a bearing 11 fitted to an inner peripheral face of a field core 3 and a cover 12 on a side plate 5, so that the slipping-off of the inner driver 1 is prevented. A fixing screw 6a fixes the side plate 5 to the field core 3 to fix the cover 12 to the side plate 5, and a vibration isolating sheet 13 is sandwiched between the side plate 5 and the cover 12.
