PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a building at an original place by its own weight of an upper structure without jointly using a damper by absorbing the horizontal and vertical stress of an earthquake or the like applied to the upper structure such as the building in the case of the earthquake. SOLUTION: A sliding disc in which cones are mated vertically and a sphere is installed at a central section is placed on a lower bearing in which a recess is formed at the central section of an inverted cone, and the damper is composed of the lower bearing, the sliding disc and an upper bearing or the like in which the recess is formed at the central section of the cone on the sliding disc.
