PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a feeling of openness to a grooming room, a bathroom and a kitchen, which is water use space and to prevent them from getting damp. SOLUTION: The grooming room 8, the bathroom 9 and the kitchen 13 are respectively arranged to face an exterior wall 15, and the exterior wall 15 which the grooming room 8, bathroom 9 and kitchen 13 face is provided with windows 8A, 9A, 13A respectively. A feeling of openness is thereby given to the grooming room, bathroom and kitchen which are originally narrow spaces, and these spaces can be used as relaxing parts. The windows 8A, 9A, 13A of the grooming room 8, bathroom 9 and kitchen 13 are opened to ventilate the section of the grooming room and the like apt to get damp and to release moisture inside to the open air.
