PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pipe inside cleaning equipment which can be applied to a pipe having a large embedment depth or always filled up with water and can definitely prevent leakage of an offensive odor, a harmful substance or the like to the outside. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a cleaning robot 6 which scrapes sediment 4 inside a sewer pipe 1 and carries it to a bottom position of a vertical shaft 5, a submergible pump 22 which carries the sediment 4 together with polluted water transported by the cleaning robot 6 up to the surface of the ground, sludge treatment equipment 25 which dewaters the sediment and polluted water transported by the submergible pump 22, a sludge sucking vehicle 29 for sucking and recovering the sediment subjected to dewatering treatment by the sludge treatment equipment 25, and discharges polluted water separated and discharged by the sludge treatment equipment 25 to the inside of the vertical shaft 5 through a discharge hose 28, and the leakage of offensive odor from the inside of the pipe is blocked by a blocking lid at the entrance portion of the vertical shaft 5.
