PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine spinning frame which can depress the formation of fluffs with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This fine spinning frame for twisting a fiber bundle delivered from the front rollers of a draft section in a twisting and winding portion is characterized by disposing an attracting portion for attracting un-twisted fiber ends to the fiber bundle with an electric charge having a polarity opposite to that of an electric charge charged on the fiber bundle, between the front rollers and the twisting and winding portion.
