The apparatus (1) has a reservoir (2) containing water, and a heat source (4) for heating the water. The reservoir is placed in an insulating enclosure (3), where the heat source is placed inside the reservoir or outside of the enclosure. A wall of the enclosure is in contact with the reservoir except an area having a channel (33) formed in the wall of the enclosure, where opposite ends of the channel communicate respectively with an air inlet (321) and an air outlet (322), and the channel is in the form of a helicoid. The heat source is selected from one of an electrical resistor, a boiler, a burner, a solar panel, a wood stove, and biomass. |
