PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement molded article obtained by molding and curing a reverse-emulsion composition containing cement having sufficient resistance to water permeation even though its specific gravity is low. SOLUTION: The cement molded article is formed by molding and curing the cement-containing reverse-emulsion composition composed of water (A), cement (B), an oily substance (C) and an alkoxy silane (D) expressed by general formula: R<SB>n</SB>SiX<SB>4-n</SB>(wherein, n is an integer of 0-3; R is a 1-10C organic group; and X is an alkoxy group), and the compounded amount of the alkoxy silane (D) is specific in 0.5-20.0 wt.% of the oily substance (C).
