PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid passage having a bend part where an increase of pressure loss caused by providing the bend part is effectively suppressed, while avoiding deteriorations of installation performance and mounting performance. SOLUTION: In a bend pipe, its linear part 2 is formed with a circular cross section and the bend part 3 with a bent pipe axis is formed in a midway part of the linear part. A cross section perpendicular to the pipe axis of the bend part 3 is formed so that a curvature of an inner wall 3a of a bending inner side is smaller in comparison with a curvature of an inner wall 3b of a bending outer side. A passage cross section of such a bend part 3 is deflected toward the bending inner side, it has a large passage area, and a flow velocity of exhaust gas flowing in the bending inner side of the bend part 3 is locally reduced.
