PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like capable of easily carrying out sealing joint work between waterproof sheets provided to a back side of an external wall panel or the like from the front side of the panel and finely finishing the part between two panels. SOLUTION: External wall panels 4 equipped with the waterproof sheets 3 so as to project outward on the back side are used, and the external panels 4 are set so as to adjoin both sides on the sides having the sheet projected parts 3b and 3c, and they are set in an adjoining state so as to project the sheet projected parts 3b and 3c to the outdoor side. In the outdoor side, the sheet projected parts 3b and 3c are joined 5 in a sealing state.
