PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band device capable of eliminating slidable movement between a band and a held body, preventing a lifting resistance against the held body from occurring, and also preventing a damage to the held body when the held body such as a casing is released. SOLUTION: A pair of movable bands 10 holding and releasing the held body 8 by pressing on and releasing from the held body 8 are installed on a frame 9 passing through the held body such as the casing 8 and having the band of the held body installed thereon. A hydraulic cylinder 13 for driving the first movable band 10 is fitted to one end side of the first movable band 10. A second movable band 11 is connected to the other end side of the first movable band 10. When the first movable band 10 is operated in directions for holding and releasing the held body 8 by a hydraulic cylinder 13, the second movable band 11 interlockingly moves the held body 8 in the holding and releasing directions.
