PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive tape whose position can easily and surely be adjusted, whose adhesive has (adhesive force), (cohesive force) and (repulsion resistance) in a good balance, and which can strongly be fixed. SOLUTION: This double-sided adhesive tape using an adhesive 1 (preferably additionally containing 20 to 50 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated petroleum resin, 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. of a tri-functional isocyanate- or epoxy-based cross-linking agent, and 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. of a photopolymerization initiator) (or, adhesive layers comprising the adhesive are laminated to both the sides of a substrate) having an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable composition consisting mainly of a 2 to 18C alkyl (meth)acrylate and an olefinic polymer having polymerizable unsaturated double bonds (preferably the copolymerization rate: 5 to 20 wt.%) is characterized in that a masking portion 2 (preferably covering rate: 5 to 50%) comprising a non-adhesive or finely adhesive material is formed on a portion of one side of the double-sided adhesive tape.
