PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nitrile-group-containing copolymer rubber vulcanizate excellent in ozone resistance. SOLUTION: The vulcanizate is prepared by vulcanizing with a vulcanizer a rubber composition prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a nitrile-group- containing copolymer rubber (1) with 10-150 pts.wt. particles of an acrylate polymer (2) mainly consisting of methyl (meth)acrylate units and having a mean particle diameter of at most 10μm, and 5-85 pts.wt. of an ester compound (3) of (a) a compound having the formula 1: HOOCRCOOH (wherein R is a 2-10C alkylene group) with (b) an ether-bond-containing alcohol.
