PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having high tachykinin receptor antagonism, particularly SP receptor antagonism, and to provide a method for producing the same and uses thereof. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a compound represented by the formula I (wherein rings A and B each represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring, or rings A and B may be bonded to each other through linking between bonds or substituents thereof to form a ring; ring C represents a nitrogenous saturated heterocycle optionally having one or more substituents besides the oxo provided that 2,3-dioxopyrrolidine ring is excluded; R1represents hydrogen, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon group, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group and the symbol indicates a single bond or double bond) or its salt, a method for producing the compound and uses thereof.
