PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide controllers for cannabinoid receptor, in particular, controllers selectively acting on peripheral cell-type cannabinoid receptors. SOLUTION: The remedies contains N-(benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ylmethyl)-7- methoxy-2-oxo-8-pentyloxy-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxamide, etc., or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
