PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable skin care preparation having good sense of use by using one or more kinds of compounds selected from ascorbic acid, a salt of the ascorbic acid and a water-soluble derivative thereof. SOLUTION: The anhydrous skin care preparation having excellent long- lasting stability and good sense of use is obtained by formulating one or more kinds of compounds selected from the ascorbic acid, the salt of the ascorbic acid and the water-soluble derivative thereof as water-insoluble fine particles having≤100μm diameters so as to prevent the discoloration of the compounds, and dispersing the formulated product in the preparation.
