PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an illuminating mode, to increase the flexibility of design, and to provide the function except for illumination. SOLUTION: Since this vehicular indoor lighting system has a light source part 10 using a short wave length LED as a light emitting source, a light deodorizing function part A for forming a titanium oxide coating film in a position near the light source part 10, and a decorative part B for forming a phosphor coating film such as a pattern and a character in a position separate from the titanium oxide coating film of the light deodorizing function part A from the light source part 10, the light deodorizing function part A becomes strong in the deodorizing function by receiving the strong light in the position near the light source part 10, and the decorative part B composed of the phosphor coating film such as the pattern and the character can react to the largely expanded light because of being distant from the light source part 10, and can emboss the pattern and the character with an excellent outward appearance by the phosphor emitting light having no light spot as a whole.
