PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundable postcard making sound when carried in hand to be wagged, which allows us to enjoy sound and then after use, to take out and cultivate plant or flower seed from the postcard. SOLUTION: The postcard (1) is characterized by that a plurality of window cut parts (2) are furnished inside it, and plant seed or grain of sand (3) are put into the window cut parts (2) so as to make sound.
