PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage system reduced in the number of components while suppressing deterioration of the durability of a converter that converts voltage between a power storage device and a travel motor.SOLUTION: A power storage system that is the present invention, has: a power storage device; a converter converting voltage between the power storage device and a travel motor; a DC/DC converter provided in a current path between the power storage device and the converter and stepping down output voltage to auxiliary equipment and/or an auxiliary equipment battery; a charger; a first relay provided in a first connection line of one of a cathode and an anode, that connects the power storage device to the converter; and a second relay provided in a second connection line of the other of the cathode and the anode, that connects the power storage device to the converter. One terminal of the DC/DC converter is connected to the first connection line between the first relay and the converter, and the other terminal is connected to the second connection line between the power storage device and the second relay. The charger is provided on a current path through which external electric power can be charged to the power storage device while the first relay is in the on state and the second relay is in the off state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
