PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for precise machining for performing minute diameter drill machining easily at low cost by feeding a machining tool such as a drill with high precision even when using a general-purpose machining device. SOLUTION: This tool for precise machining is provided with a mounting adapter 30 fixed to a main spindle 13, a first arm 34 extended in the direction crossing the axial direction from the mounting adapter 30, a female screw hole 34a provided in the first arm 34, a male screw bar 41 which is screw-fitted in the female screw hole 34a, protrudes a part of it onto a plate member W side along the axial direction from the first arm 34, and lets its tip part abut on a horizontally fixed block 17 on which a workpiece is put, and a disc 42 for rotating the male screw bar 41 around its axis by a predetermined angle.
