PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep proper the carrying efficiency and polishing efficiency of a pachinko ball polishing device. SOLUTION: A guide member 11 with a guide groove 11g of a member of the pachinko ball carrying and polishing device 1 is provided with elastic reinforcement members 31, 51, 61 having a Young's modulus larger than the Young's modulus of the guide member 11, 11p extending over the substantially whole length in the carrying direction. The shortage of pressing force of the guide member 11, 11p can be compensated by the elastic reinforcement members 31, 51, 61 so that the carrying efficiency and polishing efficiency of the pachinko ball carrying and polishing device can always be kept proper.
