<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nourishing food for ingesting vitamin K2 promoting absorption of a nutriment similar to that of fermented soybeans, especially calcium without directly ingesting the fermented soybeans and having much vitamin K2, a little lipid, good flavor and good emulsifiability without using butter and margarine containing only a very little vitamin K2. <P>SOLUTION: This nourishing food contains fermented soybean oil.
