DEHUMIDIFYING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying apparatus which rapidly supplies dry air having a predetermined drying degree to load facility from the start of operation and drastically suppresses the consumption of purge air when operation starts.

SOLUTION: This dehumidifying apparatus comprises a separation film module 2 which is fitted with a separation film 6 within a container 5. Air to be dehumidified is supplied to the primary side of the separation film 6, and dry air of another line is supplied to the secondary side of the separation film 6 as purge air.
