PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for applying primer with high quality/ efficiency to a rubber roller incorporated into an electronic appliance such as copying machine, facsimile and printer. SOLUTION: In an apparatus incorporating rotation rollers, and a method of manufacturing the same, the working of V-groove helical pattern is applied to the surface of the rotation roller which transfers the primer to core metal of the rubber roller.
