<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cartridge for refining a medicinal liquid, capable of efficiently and simultaneously removing all of metal ions, metal colloid fine particles and fine granular impurities in the liquid to be filtered immediately before use (POU, point of use) by single operation. <P>SOLUTION: This filter cartridge is constituted of a fiber material, prepared by introducing an ion exchange group and/or a chelate group into an organic polymeric fiber base material, and a porous film material. In a further preferable embodiment, the filter cartridge is constituted of the fiber material, prepared by introducing the ion exchange group and/or the chelate group into the organic polymeric fiber base material, and the porous film material prepared by introducing a hydrophilic group into an organic porous film base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
