<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum blood-collecting tube which is equipped with a structure wherein an identification marking such as a bar code label for identification used for a data collation system can be applied, and at the same time, the length of which can be changed in response to use. <P>SOLUTION: The opening end of a blood-collecting tube body 1 is closed with a sealing plug 2, and at the same time, on the outer peripheral section of the blood-collecting tube body 1, an outer diameter-increased section 5 for the application of the identification marking to identify an individual from whom blood is to be collected is provided. The outer diameter-increased section 5 is formed into a configuration of a thin hollow cylindrical body comprising an elastic material. Then, on the inner diametrical surface, a plurality of engaging ribs 5a, 5a and so forth which elastically come into contact and are engaged with the outer diametrical surface 1b of the blood-collecting tube body 1 are provided, and also, a split section 5e for attaching is provided so as to extend to the total length of the outer diameter-increased section 5.
